S&S Diesel Motorsports presents high-quality injectors designed to elevate your 6.7L Cummins to its maximum potential. Our nozzles are meticulously flow-matched within a 1% variance, adhering to OE standards, ensuring optimal performance.
- Each injector is flow-matched within a 3% variance per set (with the exception of the Torque Master).
- Each injector build specification is custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for precise performance.
- For sizes 200% and up, we implement internal body modifications aimed at enhancing flow and improving the injection rate and shape.
Our proprietary honing process guarantees clean and consistent holes. The injectors are flow-matched to ensure:
- Viscor SAE-J967 at 40 degrees C and 100 bar.
- Injection profiles (rate shape) are meticulously aligned for improved efficiency.
- Options for brand new bodies only, allowing for optimal reliability.
It’s widely accepted in the industry that a percentage increase in nozzle flow over stock serves as the sizing convention. Available sizes include:
