BD valve bodies are meticulously engineered and extensively tested to deliver reliable performance for both towing and high-demand applications. One of the most common failure points in factory 68RFE valve bodies is excessive bore wear, which can lead to pressure loss and shifting issues. BD solves this problem with a precision steel-sleeved bore that dramatically reduces wear and extends service life.
Each valve body is assembled with upgraded internal components designed to eliminate overdrive leakage while increasing maximum line pressure capacity. The result is improved shift quality, enhanced durability, and long-term reliability in demanding driving conditions.
