The Carli Pintop Suspension System is the ultimate all-around upgrade for Super Duty owners, delivering a smooth, controlled on-road ride with significantly improved off-road capability. Known as the “Backcountry on steroids,” the Pintop system rounds off harsh road imperfections while keeping the truck composed and predictable during light to moderate off-road use, making it one of Carli’s most proven and popular systems.

At the core of the system are Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5” remote reservoir shocks, providing 55% more piston surface area than standard 2.0” shocks. Combined with Carli’s in-house tuning and custom piston design, these shocks offer exceptional ride quality, improved damping control, and consistent performance across a wide range of driving conditions.

Performance Notes:

• Excellent balance of daily drivability and off-road performance

• Ideal for light to medium-duty off-road use

• Compatible with progressive add-a-pack or full replacement rear leaf springs

• Full progressive leaf springs reduce payload capacity but improve ride quality

• Long travel airbags can be added to help restore load capacity

• Trucks equipped with a 2” factory block may require a 3-5/8” block when using add-a-pack for proper stance

• Factory wheels should not be used with oversized tires due to clearance concerns

• Recommended setup: 17–18” wheels, max 9” width, ~5” backspacing with 37” tires
